SO, I've been looking into flights and it is really driving me crazy that flights have gone up sooo much since I first started looking. I've looked at leaving the day after our wedding and the Monday and the flight prices suck. Today I decided to look at leaving the Tuesday after our wedding..

Do you think it is worth the 200 bucks we'll be saving, go back to work for one day (i'll def go because month end will need to be closed...and i am a workaholic)... WDYT? it will give us potentially another day sorta to unpack.. is it worth it? Or should just buy the damn tickets before they go up anymore??

Choose the option that allows you to NOT spend a day back at work after your wedding. You deserve to be away from work to enjoy your wedding and honeymoon, and maybe see other guests in town before they leave. Book it!

I think its worth it to go a day later to save money, but not if you go back to work.  YOU CANNOT GO BACK TO WORK!

I say book it. tickets just get higher and higher. And iyou will be mad at yourself like I am. I would have saved like $400 if i would have booked it when I first looked. So what ever you decide do it now!!!!

I don't see anything wrong with going back to work for a day. The world doesn't stop for weddings I'd rather save the money, plus get paid for working that day!

book the ticket.  its probably just your crazy stressed out brain telling u you will want to go to work the day after (or two days after) your wedding.  Once your in married bliss, im sure all youll want to do is go on your HM.

No advice, but no matter what, I say don't go back.  Since you'll likely at least have a long weekend, you'll be spending half that one day you're at work trying to catch up on stuff which won't be very productive for the month end part.

don't go back to work...you can book the cheaper tuesday-ticket, but don't go back!

I totally agree with PP! Book NOW for the Tuesday flight and save the money but DON'T go back to work! Spend time relaxing and getting making sure you are ready to leave and enjoy time with the people in your life that came to your wedding. Then you can enjoy your-self AND spend the saved $200 on something during your HM! Have a great time!
