We got a photographer early last week (gift from FMIL)
Went to the fall wedding expo and got a ton of ideas! Going to the one in Lynnwood this weekend too, I may just be expo addicted!

Not a wedding check but a life check: I got full time hours and a raise with my new job! I just ended my externship with them in Aug and they hired me part time right after and now they're promoting me! :)

I didn't care for the expo very much. Maybe because I was spoiled my the Seattle wedding show last January. The exop was so small compared to that.

In the last week I was happy to find green tinted champagne glasses that I am going to use glass etching cream to put our last name and wedding date on for toasting glasses. $1 each score! I also found glass sand holders for the unity sand ceremony at Joann's for like 1.50 each and all I need now is a large one for us to pur in to. I am thinking an apthocary jar type thing. Much better than the $40 kit I almost bought!

The biggest (almost) check is that I found my dress! After everyone's opinions on here and the attire board I eased my worries about spending too much on the dress I fell in love with and I have an appointment to try it on one last time and get MOH approval and order my wedding dress! Good thing too since it takes 3-4 months to order! Yay!

fyi chelsea check freddys for the apothecary jars. They had some great smaller sizes (not tiny, but not GIANT) for a sand ceremony and are decent prices.

    Congrats on picking your dress!

Yeah it was really small. A friend and I were looking at the layout online for the winter expo and it looks like it's going to be huge! I can't wait for that one!

    Congrats on the dress!!
