I talk to myself.  A lot.  Entire conversations.  If smiling needs to happen in conversation, it does.

I smile at myself all the damn time.  But I've found that other people think it is weird.

But are you a generally happy person, zsa?  And just naturally a smiler? 
I'm not.  It takes a lot of effort to put a smile on my face unless I'm genuinely happy/excited about something.   I've always come accross as too serious, or snooty/stuck-up because of it - but it's just how my face works.   My dad is the same way, and he's one of the most easy going people I know.

I always smile in the mirror. I also make angry faces and do muscle woman poses, it's fun and it always puts me in a good mood.
