MIL: Where does that street go?
Me: It dead ends just over the hill.
MIL: But where does it go?
Me: It dead ends just over the hill. It doesn't go anywhere.
MIL: What about the street up there.
Me: It dead ends too.
MIL: So they don't connect?
Me: No.
MIL: Can I go up this street and cut over to the other one?
Me: Yes. Yes you can.
I wonder how many times she goes up and down that hill trying to get to the other street. Then again, I'm probably playing with fire and she'll stop back after getting "lost."
