I am an established patient of my GYN. He has seen my junk drawer three times now, at least. And we have had two different phone consults since my last annual exam.
His nurse informed me yesterday that I have to fill out ALL of the paperwork at every annual appt. "In case something changed." Well, ok. It's ELEVEN pages.
It's annoying. I spent 30 minutes filling this crap out yesterday. Also, for # of sexual partners in my lifetime I put the number with a question mark. It's not a high number, but it's my best guess at this point. I may have forgotten one random person. Maybe I should keep a list or something. I can't remember everything.
