Wedding Woes

OK, makeup hoars. I have a quesiton

about primer.

I have an issue with all foundations of any kind turning orange after a couple of hours. I'm confident that I'm getting the right shade originally, because it looks good at first. (And really, has EVERY makeup I've ever purchased been the wrong shade? Probably not.)

I'm told this is an oxidation issue and/or the makeup reacting to the oils in my skin, and that primer may be a good solution.

So I went to Ulta yesterday, and WTF?  First, there's not a whole heck of a lot of primer.  Second, not a single person even talked to me, and I didn't have a ton of time anyway so I didn't get to ask anyone.  Third, the few primers I did find didn't have a lot of info on them.

One was a "skin brightening" primer.  Another was a "hydrating" primer.  I've seen others that were green that were supposed to reduce redness (I might need that, too, although I think redness and turning-orange are 2 separate issues.)

But I have NO clue what I actually need.  Obviously, cheaper is better, or if there's a trial version or sometihng. I really don't want to spend $50 and find out it sucks.
