All of my post-meal numbers have been fantastic. But I'm having problems with my fasting numbers. My fasting should be below 95, though my doctor told me he just likes it to be under 100.
Some days my numbers are ok - 95, 97. Some days they're 100 or 101. Yesterday and this morning they were 105 and 107. I've tried eating less carbs for my nighttime snack and it doesn't help. I've tried upping the protein. Nothing.
I'll admit I need to be walking more than I do, so I'm going to start upping the exercise as of today and see if that helps.
Did you have any issues with your fasting numbers? Do you have any tips on what I can do to lower them?
