DD isn't too young to make you something. DD made FIL a birthday picture. Granted it was with our help, and it was a 2 person job :-) we painted her feet and hands and did prints. We made him cry.

    Actually I thinking about doing something of that sort for the new grandparents.  Haven't figured out what, exactly.

    Hand prints come out at more like fist prints. She didn't want to open her fingers for ANYTHING.

    Wolverine "paints" in daycare - the entire fridge is covered with her "art".

    the other thing you could do is make a stepping stone with her hand and footprints.
