It would also depend on how close we are. I would try very hard not to be judgmental.

However, I have cut a friend out of my life for sleeping with a married man, who was her coworker. Her wife was her coworker,  too. Granted, there were other things, but that was the last straw.

I probably would slowly wean them out of my life. That way, I could do it without confrontation. I don't think I would tell the spouse - that seems to be taking it too far. Although, if someone knew H was cheating on me, I would want them to tell me.

No one knows the inside of a marriage, so I'd talk to her first, and decide from there. What if he's OK with it? What if it's a sex game? What if he's decided to be celibate for life, and given her the OK to cheat?

But if she's just being a \#/, I'd kick her to the curb.

I can't believe how many people wrote find out why they're cheating and then decide.  What the hell sort of reason would suddenly make it ok for them to cheat?  seriously.  There is really no good reason to cheat.  If the relationship sucks then decide to end it.  Don't cheat.

True, but if you hear they cheat, and it turns out they have an open relationship, you're the one with egg on your face.
