I like doing a tandoori marinade on the meats overnight.

    Not asparagus, that's for sure.

I like tons of veggies on my kabobs. Is that what you mean, or do you mean how they are seasoned?

Mojo and olive oil is great, or just olive oil and garlic and rosemary

I usually do boring onion, peppers, pineapple, and meat. I was just going to steal any more creative delicious ideas you all had.

I like to marinate in wine with the alchohol cooked out, I've got some sirloins soaking for tonight's kebobs in merlot. They go really nicely with the pineapple.

Zilla, I'd only put BBQ on crappy steaks. I like the flavor of the steak itself to much.

B-mom, what veggies do you use?

    Lol @ Hmo.

Has any body put broccoli on? I like grilled broccoli (olive oil and sea salt) a lot but I'd think it would char by the time the rest of the kabob was done cooking.

I think it works better to grill the veggies on their own sticks.  I like mushrooms, squash, onion, peppers & pineapple.
