I want to know how Romney intends to punish China when they cheat. Wag a finger at them? NOt pay back our debts? What? I don't think we can exactly punish them dude.

    He wants to slap tariffs on them.  But I don't understand how that won't hurt small business something terrible in the short run.  When everything we use comes from China, you can't just raise the prices on that overnight and pretend that it won't hurt American jobs, too.
