Wedding Woes

Movie Reviews

Black Swan - LOVED IT. Mila Kunis is HAWT. The Swan Queen seems to be the most awesome role ever to play if you are a really skilled ballerina. You get to play two, very different characters. Also, I would love to be a ballerina, what with all of those awesome, comfy clothes you get to wear. The barfing and tearing up your feet part of it is where you lose me on that one.

Date Night - funnier than I thought it was going to be. I don't know what I doubted anything with Steve Carrell AND Tina Fey.

Dinner with Shmucks - I want those hours of my life back.

Backup Plan - meh...Typical JLo movie. She plays a neurotic, controling woman who meeting a hottie dude and her plans get changed. See: The Wedding Planner and insert babies in the place of a wedding.

127 is back OnDemand - I wish we would have watched that again. Recommend. Recommend. Recommend.

    Funny.

I'd love to be a ballerina, except I am too short, and I probably weigh oh....about 40 lbs too much, if not more.

I do not know about any height requirements for ballerinas. There was a time that I might have been an ED away from being thin enough.

I don't think there's a height requirement, but yeah - there is that weight thing...

Mila Kunis might be my new girlfriend.   I should probably break things off with Mandy Moore, but I think I'll keep Giada on the side.

I do not get tingly feelings in my junk drawer about Mandy Moore, but I do like her music. That might be more shamefull than my Ace of Base listening, but I don't care.

There is nothing shameful about listening to Ace of Base

Min - I like her music, too.   My feelings for her are more of a crush, not really an all tingly, sexual thing.   I'm weird.

I think that Mandy Moore is awesome and I love that she is the most normal out of her peer group (see: Britney and Christina). I called this back in the 90's and I love that she proved me right.

DH made me watch Dinner for Schmucks "you'll love it! Its like I Love You Man!". We almost divorced over what H seems to think my taste in movies is.

Loved Black Swan. I was on edge the.whole.time. something about the camera angle or something just gave me a horrible scared feeling from the very beginning. But 1 complaint: the movie sort of explained the "stabbing Mila Kunis/herself" incident, but never what really went on with the nail file in the hospital.  I did think that Mom's craziness was explained. I had no questions about her.

Dear Rain, Not Today. Sincerely, My Parade
