I'm SO SICK of the crappy meat selection around here. And the closest butcher is about 30 miles away.
Case in point - I made a pot roast last night. A freaking pot roast that's just about impossible to screw up. I followed my tried and true recipe, but the damn thing came out so chewy that it was completely unpleasant to eat.
So now I have half a pot roast that I don't want to throw away, but I also don't want to serve again in its current state.
Anyone have a good leftover pot roast recipe?
