I can't believe our wedding is 2 months away and I can't believe I've been on TK almost a year already!  Time is flying by.  I hope I have everything accomplished that I should by now.  2 freakin months left and then I'll be a wife!  ah!

Yay!!!  happy 2 months!!! I just officially passed the 8 week mark. I guess its time to start counting in weeks! :-)

8 weeks is going to fly for you!  What are you working on?  Photography stuff I see.    You got me rolling on that too.  J and I need to drive through the city to find where we want to do our pics.

I am working on vendors.  All of last week I was coordinating everyone's schedules and setting up final vendor meetings, filling out paperwork, etc.  The next week are all about programs.  I want them printed and done!!!  You?

Yay all of us!

I will be meeting with the musicians in the next week or two, so I'll be able to get started with the programs.  I still have no clue who is making them or how I'm printing them.  I feel like paying someone to just handle it, ya know?  Will you print one for each person? or one per couple?

We have our walk-through at our reception site on Wednesday with the caterer. I'm pumped because we will work on the whole layout, schedule, etc.

My DOC said that a good rule to follow with programs is to print 1 for every woman + an additional 10.

I think we are printing one per person with a few extra as my mother would like them placed on every seat prior to the ceremony. 

Next week we meet band, florist, venue, DOC and I have my hair/mu trial.  That 6-week mark is a busy one!

Tacc - I have abanadoned my dreams of having a really awesome program. I'm buying the kit from Michaels and am printing a booklet. I think we are going to get a pretty ribbon instead of just stapling.  I need these to  be done and off my To Do list.

I just contacted LRM's girl - Alaun by Design and I selected the one I want.    I don't have wording finalized because I have to go over the readings and whatnot with our priest next Monday night and the music this weekend with our musicians, but I chose the colors and layout of the program.  They are pretty!  It will cost maybe $125, but worth it to me.  I just want someone else to do it and mail them to me.  I'm such a diva.  he he

Cara - damn girl!  You are on a roll.  You are inspiring me to make some vendor appointments.  I'm going to do this today.

B2B - your time will FLY!  Before you know it, you'll be saying HOLY ish - where did the time go?!

tacc- I know everyone keeps telling me that. LOL I need to really be patient.  I am excited that it is almost 7 months. I think I will be really happy when it's 6 months.!

I'm not really bothered by the program thing. I think it will look nice on the seats (not having a church wedding, so they are setting up chivari chairs in the ballroom).  I don't care if there are a million leftover. I just want one for my archives and the rest can get recycled.

If you are in a ballroom, I think it will look nice (and be welcoming to your guests) to have one on each chair.  Good call, Cara's Mom!
