AHHHHHH.... That's how I'm feeling right now.... Let me start off by saying that I am incredibly close to my family and we do just about everything together... Also my older sister (Martha) got married 4 years ago and we have always competed our entire lives...
Every time I make a move planning wise for my wedding, it's compared to hers. I bring up a photographer I like, my mom says, "Well Jill did this for Martha" or "well I think Jill was better" well thats all great, but I don't like my sisters wedding pictures, they are ALL posed!!! every single one!!! And to get what i want from Jill the package would be $3500!! I can't afford that! My sister got married 4 years ago, when Jill was just starting out, she's more the doubled in price since!!
Then i talk about a venue, and It's "Well Martha's venue allowed them to do this" and "Martha's venue had this" thats all great, Martha got married in a city where there were lots of options!!
And on and on and on... Her BM dresses, and her limo, and her hotel, and her blah blah blah blah blah!!!!!!!!!! I want my wedding to be my way!!! and yet i'm competing for everything!!
