FI & I went and spoke with someone (forgot the ir name though!) from Barnyard Photography and I am pretty sure I'm going with them as their work looks good and they are in my price range.  FI really liked them BUT before I write the check  if anyone one objects speak now or forever blah blahblah

Seriously anyone heard anything bad about them?
we are doing 3 hour photobooth, and 7 hours of photography price wise comes in around 2 grand on the nose! We get edited photos on disc none printed

    Sounds like a pretty good deal to me but I don't have any experience with them personally... Sorry!

    I haven't heard of them.  Did you look them up on wedding wire?

    Did you see at least one wedding from start to finish and not just their online stuff?  I'm super picky when it comes to photogs.  If you are happy with them go for it.

    Oh wait I just looked them up.  Are you ok with the fact they are a wedding factory and not an individual photog?  It's going to be different quality and service then choosing your own photog.  

    I would never go with a service like this, to many horror stories.

    No direct experience with this company, nor have I heard either anything good or bad about them before, but I agree with NCV.  Unless you have specifically met with your exact photographer and seen an entire wedding which that exact person has shot from start to finish, I would perosnally not hire that vendor.  Since they are a large company, not an independent single person, they likely reserve the right to just assign you to some random person day of.  I was also a little picky about photography (not as picky as NCV, though ;) ), so just my opinion.

    maybe check out some photographers on weddingwire.com or craigslist.com or project wedding.com

    Hi, did you go through w/ the booking of Barnyard Photography? My fiance is really into them. The other company was George Street Photo.
