We reached a compromise on the menu. He cut it down to brisket and sausage, but he's making his own chips, salsa, and guacamole. I reserve the right to mock him mercilessly for being too good for a bag of Tostitos.
I got the living room cleaned out before I left for work yesterday, and when I got home the kitchen was clean and the CDs were almost done. He reserved the right to mock me mercilessly for the fact that my craft desk (which is where we keep the good computer) doesn't have a square inch of open space on it.
Today while I'm at work he'll finish the CDs and DVDs, grocery shop, and start cooking. Then when I get home we'll either go baby shopping or I'll clean the craft room. One of his good friends flys into town tomorrow morning to stay with us, and I plan to put him to work as well.
I'm feeling much better about getting my to-do list taken care of before he's back to work on Monday.
