I had 3 bowls of ice-cream yesterday.

I'm about to go get lunch...there's still leftover ice-cream from a retirement party downstairs.
I think I'll have a bowl :-P

I had 1/2 a carton of Cherry Garcia last night during Top Chef, rather than my normal glass of wine. it was good, but wasn't the same. 

i'm now thinking ice cream for lunch will be a good thing.
