The vandal responsible for five busted windows at a mosque on July 13 has turned himself in.
According to police, Eric Spencer, 19, of came to the Police Department on Tuesday evening and confessed to Criminal Mischief.
Spencer was allowed to sign a promise to appear and released. At this time, it appears this was a random act of Criminal Mischief. The investigation will continue.
