Here's a wedding woe....thanks theknot.com for selling my address to wedding vendors across the United States. My mailbox is now so stuffed with glossies and ads from wedding vendors that I can barely open my already tiny Manhattan mailbox!
It's pretty misleading to say "Please note this address is used only to send information YOU requested." in the personal information section, but then selecting FOR ME to "subscribe" to a bunch of vendors by default!
For those who want to staunch the flow, write to membersupport@theknot.com wriite with your name, address and email adress and change the automatically selected features in MyAccount, Newsletters + Email Packages.
Argh.
