ok, what's up with tim tebow?

I keep hearing his name thrown around like a punchline. What's the story? I know he's a football player, but I hate football and know nothing beyond that.

    He's up with Jesus and people think this is awesome.

    But that didn't help him yesterday when his team got their asses handed to them by losing 45-10.

    Yes, his mom contracted dysentery when she was pregnant with him and was told to abort and she didn't.

    I'm pretty sure the family starred in a pro-life superbowl commercial back when he was still in college. I think there was a big controversy about whether or not it should air.
