Wedding Woes

There is a pox on our house

DH is NEVER sick.  NEVER.  He threw up on his first day of work.  His stomach was in pains for a week.  The last 2 days he's woken up with his eye matted shut.  Yesterday he had a fever and today his throat hurts.

6let has a cough and congestion and some eye goop and constipation.  M2 is teething.  My toe still hurts from catching it on the bedskirt last week.

We have no insurance cards.  They are still at least 2 weeks from arriving.

Re: There is a pox on our house

  • Ugh, I hope they can get you a card or something ASAP.
  • Oh no.  :(

I hope everyone feels better soon.

The kiddo threw up last night and is having terrible stomach cramping/pain.  He's keeping water down so far.   I hope he can just sleep this off.

DH is OOT on a work trip.  My sister is supposed to come over tonight, but I'm going to let her know and leave it up to her whether or not she comes.

I just hope DefConn nor I catch whatever this is.
  • 6 - will the new insurance company fax you a letter of coverage in case someone in your house needs to see a doctor before the cards arrive?

  • No.  I've asked for a letter or for something.  Our old company had something you could just print off the website.  All theysay is "keep the receipt and we'll reimburse."   The chiro said they would bill later and I'm sure the doctor will be the same.  At least I hope so since we have M2's vaccinations in 2 wks.  One issue is it's not a company many people around here have so they can't just look up another patient to see.  I've also heard it's a pain in the butt to bill.

The pharmacy is a different story.  Obviously they want their money now.  Luckily my BC was only $32 out of pocket.  I was scared it might be more like $100.

DH could also see an eye doc for free and it's on his way.  I know they'd stay late for him or whatever they needed.  Since it's my SISTER.
