Coirker has worked a lot of overtime since Jan and wants to be paid for it. That's fine. We have this handy dandy little worksheet to fill out. You put down the date, the mins/hours you worked more than 8 hours, case reference, whether you want to accrue the time or be paid for it, and it has a box for payroll approval. Simple.
