M got a Sophie the Giraffe last night. She was met with suspicion, confusion, and a teeny taste.

How are things going with the therapist?

Things are good. It's nice to have a place to just vent and cry and scream if I need to. Right now it's still just me verbally vomitting but we're going to start working on some of my hang ups (my doormat-ness mostly) soon.

I think therapy is a lot of verbal vomitting in the beginning. It let's the person get to know you. I'm glad you are going.
