Philly theme Save the Dates

Looking for ideas for Philly theme STD's please share!

I did a save the date cookie, that looked similar to this one.  I can't load the photos of my actual one on here.

I bought pre-frosted cookies and then did the logo myself.  I put them in celophane bags and had a tag made for them with a sketch of the Philly skyline and then all of the information printed on the back.  Then I shipped them out in CD mailer boxes.  They were a big hit and who doesn't love an edible save the date.

When I finish mine in a few weeks, I'll post them here! I'm planning on the LOVE theme, too.

we did a philly themed rehearsal dinner invite and rehearsal dinner. I made the invite on vistaprint- we took a picture in front of the LOVE sign at Love Park then printed it on one side of a postcard. on the other side we had a little rhyme thing about the rehearsal dinner. it was really cute, i cant find a pic of one at the moment. The rehearsal dinner was at one of the boathouses that we rented out. We then brought in our own food- cheesesteaks, chicken cheesesteaks, hoagies, soft pretzels, tastycakes, yuengling, frank's root beer, herr's chips, Yard's beer, chaddsford wine, and some other things. EVERYONE LOVED IT! (especially since most of our guests were OOT).

brizzie918- how much is it to rent out one of the boathouses, if you don't mind me asking....I LOVE that idea.  also the boathouses are near and dear to my heart as I run by them all the time.

One of my girlfriends actually stumbled upon a website where they did the "philly skyline STD. I just ordered mine,so when they come in i will try and post..i LOVE them!

Meghantighe, how did u do those cookies? Looking to DIY Love park cookies as one of the favors and cant find a mold:(
