I think I could use about 1/2 the sugar and still find it delicious.

Along with the loaf of bread, I also made 8 zucchini cakes and 2 pans of zucchini bread muffins.

i love zucchini bread - i use my mom's recipe, whcih also has rasins. I can't wait until i have some zucchinis to cook.
