About a month ago he got an offer that was just too low. He liked the company, other benefits and moving package, but it was too low of a base pay. The company has continued to talk to DH. He's had 2 more phone calls and they want us to come visit, I'm guessing to wine and dine.
They also asked for references. They have already sent an e-mail questionaire to all of them. He's told him not to bother unless the money increases, but they keep wanting to talk.
I'm so confused as to how these modern interviews go.
