I have been thinking for awhile that after my perm grows out (totally fried my hair), I want to add some sort of demention to my flat one shad hair.  My current hairdresser (love her, but her techniques are not current) does not do my hair color correctly.  Can someone reccomend some where  in NE Philly that can give me good highlights?  as always, thanks girls

    My girl is in southhampton but she does the BEST highlights/lowlights... her name is Melanie and she works at Fringe on 2nd Street Pike and Steet Road.. I got Pfeifer going to her too and she loves her as well. New customers get 20% off!

    I go to shear sensations at academy & byberry they are really good there and always do a great job! I use Donna K. she is really great!
