Wedding Woes

Venue search

Help! I cannot find a venue that has the warmth and welcoming feel that we want that can fit 200 guests. We want a garden/Italian tuscany feel. Any suggestions in the New York area (including CT) would be greatly appreciated!

I googled this and cannot say if it's a good option or not. http://palmhouse.com/index2.html

  • Try your local.

But also, I found my venue just by driving within a few miles of my church. I hadn't seen it at any wedding fairs or online, and it ended up being our number one choice across the board - good food, good service, a pretty place, close to church, at a great price.

    It's worth a try.

  • If you're willing to go to CT, you should also be willing to do NJ. Jersey has plenty of great venues.
