Fcking 30. We've been so busy with house stuff we made no plans. And now I don't feel like trying to figure something out. H's birthday is on Thursday and we generally just combine whatever celebration we do. So it's not all on him to plan, but I kinda wish he'd come up with something so I don't have to.

Honestly though, I had to plan my  30th and I am planning DH's as well. He wants a very small gathering of family and a few friends, but there is still planning to be done. Especially if he wants food at this shindig, considering he doesn't cook.

I planned H's 30.  I told him what I want for my 30, and still...no word.  But really, I'd be okay with pretty much anything.  I hope that isn't a lie on my part.

H bought me 30 roses, but other than that it was just like every one birthday in my life, which was okay.  I'm not looking forward to 34.  I won't be able to say "early 30s" anymore.  I'll officially be "mid-30s."  ::sobs::

1) If H ever thought to buy me as many as roses and I am years old, I'd probably stroke out. He's a lot of things, but he would never think of that.

2) zsa and I are the same age and I am thinking the same thing as her. I am drinking this summer away.

No, Min, Zsa and I are the same age. Almost exactly (we weren't born at the same time). 

I didn't do anything for my 30th. It did snow like three feet, which was fcking AWESOME, because it was our first Christmas here. That was enough. 

H turned 35 this year, and he keeps complaining he's old. I maintain you're only as old as you act, which is why I will never wear purple and a red hat. Caftans and turbans and long cigarette holders? Yes. Red hats? Fck no.

H is being all mopey about 30. I'm like, dude, I've been in my 30's for three years, ARE YOU CALLING ME OLD!!?!? Then the other day he said I was 32. I was all like, I'm 33.

There will be point where he is still in his 30's and I'll be in my 40s. I think at that point, I might pitch myself off a cliff.
