getting ready....

need some advice, my in-laws are getting upset that they have to get ready by 12:00 for the church, how should my fiance handle this situation, they said uf they are not ready to go to church with out them...how to proceed?

What time is the wedding?

Can they not dress themselves and drive to the church without your help?

they are in the wedding as bridemaids and the mother of the bride, the bride is getting ready at the moms house....we have 230 wedding, and we are taking all the family and bridal pictures before the ceremony...we want everyone to be together,,,,

So what is their problem with being ready and at the church by noon?  Why do they think that won't happen?

Tell them what time you need them for pictures.  If they aren't there on time, proceed with other pictures (bride & groom) and then the bridal party.

Of course you want everyone together, but are you going to hold up your wedding because they refuse to get ready on time.

I don't think noon is an absurdly early time to expect people to be dressed and presentable. It's not like you're doing 6am photos or something because you want sunrise pictures.

some of my inlaws didn't show for pictures, and we still took pictures.  i don't have the pics on me, but trust me -- it happened.
