I'm at 1400 words and change, and I'm submitting my article to the publisher. I've done all I can do with the topic they gave me, so they can either add 600 or so words, or just run a really big photo alongside it.
Was it DG who posted that great thought about procrastination being the opposite of relaxation? So true. It's not technically due until Tuesday, but I'm sending it now. The thought of having that article done literally feels as if a weight has been lifted from me.
I could never write for a living. At least not about topics of other people's choosing.
