Last week, I posted that there was a job opening at Boss's old company and I wanted to apply, but was afraid word would get back to him because he still keeps in touch with people there. I applied anyway. Suddenly this week, he's being really nice to me. Like, nicer than ever. For no apparent reason.
I'm being paranoid, right? He doesn't know I applied for a job elsewhere. He's probably just happy because his new GF is really good at giving blow jobs or something, right?
I guess even if he did find out, if the worst that happens is that he's really nice to me, it's still a win.
