House Inspection is today

Hopefully nothing major will be found, and our only worry will be finding a renter.

I'll also be on the lookout for lizards around the place, in case Skankenstein decides to visit.

Yes. Our realtor (DH's BFF), H, myself and A will be there. I need to measure a couple of things.

Also, DH's parents because they haven't seen the place yet. They've also bought a few houses, so I'm hoping they'll have some good questions for the inspector.
