shoes are dsw.  i bought them to wear in a wedding in september.  and the dress is actually empire waist.  but it does look pencil.  that's why i'm not sure if it will fit because i'm quite "hippy" myself.

That dress is super cute and I love the shoes.  I'm thinking about getting that dress but in either the purple or that aqua/blue color (only because everything I own is black&white... tyvm WHBM).
