Wedding Woes

pediatrician question

I've gotten several raves about one doctor and the practice she is in, and they are in a really convenient location, so they've been the only call I've made so far.   We are comfortable without an interview/consult (which was offered), but the receptionist really didn't need any info from me at all.  She was really nice, but I was just told all I needed to do was give the Dr's name to the L&D nurse and whoever was on call at the time would come in and check the baby.  We'd need to come in for our first appt the week after birth.   Is that normal or too loose ended?

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
