Are you still around here?  We had our meeting last night with our NF coordinator and I'm worried about the reception timeline.  Do you have any idea how long dinner took, from start to finish?  Our entertainment starts at 8 and the coordinator basically said there's no way we'll be done by 8.  Do you remember how long it took?

    *butting in* sorry - just wanted to ask real quick - how did you like Dana? I never even got to meet Gary - but from Dana's emails, she seems pretty nice. What did you think? (I have a meeting with her at the end of August) ok thats all.. thanks!

    I know I didn't have my wedding at your venue but rarely does every part go on time. We ended up being like 20 to 30 minutes behind on the reception as the ceremony took longer. Plus to get all your guests to move from cocktail hour to sit down can take a while too.If worse came to worse, your entertainment would just start during part of dinner - everyone would still have a blast!You won't even notice that day as you will be on such a rush.. it will feel like 10 minutes! lol

    Yeah, I guess you're right.  I am having a hard time not being a control freak about this, lol.  If some people are still finishing up when the dueling pianos starts it isn't the end of the world.
