Wedding Website RSVP Problem! Anyone else????

I am using the wedding website provided by the knot, but when guest try and RSVP it says they are not on the list. It isn't a huge problem because they can still RSVP by typing in their name, but I just wish the wouldn't get the message "Guest not found". It has confused some people. Does anyone else have this problem????

Yeah, it's been established that theknot tools suck. Sorry you have to deal with this.

People actually use that stupid thing to RSVP? Were you too cheap to include RSVP cards in the invitation, or did you send out evites?

Ahhhhhh some people are really mature on here.....I had real invitation with paper RSVP's as well, and included and card with our website. I figured younger people who are tech savvy would rather just go online then send something in the mail, and guess what? They did!! I was just wondering if there was a solution, but thanks for the kind responses.
