I remember you mentioned that you wish you wouldn't have DIY'd your invites but I can't remember why. We're still trying to collectively figure out whether we want to DIY or have them made do to cost and so forth.Thanks

heather said the whole time she was going through the invite process that it was a giant PITA.  totally more trouble than it's worth and she ended up incurring more expenses than she thought.  she told me that she wished she had ordered them from somewhere to take away the added stress that close to the wedding.

I'm jumping in to say I made mine too. I bought the kits from Michaels. It was a giant PITA. However, it was still cheaper and once I got the hang of it..it wasn't horrible. But I'd expect to go through some annoyance that comes with making anything on your own.
