We are having a brunch reception with the "cocktail hour" beginning at 11:15AM and are trying to come up with something a little on the creative side to serve. We have thought of doing fruit trays, cheese trays, and offering coffee, tea (and juice and water) during this time or pastries or something of the sort. (I think we are doing something like mimosas or sangria or wine only at the reception since it is brunch and don't really want to include alcohol in the "cocktail hour," still we would like to offer some form of hospitality since there will be a gap from ceremony to reception for photos). During this time (our reception is at a lakeside castle) they also have the option of walking the grounds or the castle or walking on the beach. Thoughts?
