So excited just got menus from my reception site and plated dinners are cheaper than the buffet. I hate buffets at weddings and was afraid we'd have to have a buffet for budget reasons. But we're doing plated and I was wondering how do you let waiters know what they ordered? Do you do a seating chart and tell the waiters or what?
