Inexpensive Tablecloths

Hey all,

I was wondering if you ladies had any experiences with ordering tablecloths online.  I was looking for linen-like paper tablecloths and if they could be around or under $5 a piece that would be great.  The less expensive the better.  I shopped around on Google but I was wondering if anyone could recommend a website since they after all are advertising for themselves

I don't know about paper tablecloths, but for real linens there are several websites that are recommended by posters on TK. In case you decide to go that direction, Smartyhadaparty, linentablecloth (I ordered linens here), tableclothsfactory and cvlinens (ordered overlays here). You can get polyester table cloths on these sites for around $7-11 a piece depending on what size you need. Also google coupon codes before ordering. Smartyhadaparty might have paper ones and will give you a $5 off coupon on their facebook page and I've seen discounts on most of the others as well. Couldn't find any for cvlinens though. Remember with real linens you can try to re-sell them after to get some of your money back.

Don't forget to look at the Wedding Classified boards over on the left, too. I feel bad for all those folks who bought all this stuff and now are looking to unload it! We used tablecloths we had and vases we had, supplemented with one round tablecloth that we can use at home and a handful of different vases bought at Ross. Depending on your colors, you might find it already posted, or you can post what you need and how many and when, and make arrangements with another bride to transfer. Might even make it worth switching your colors slightly!

Edited to Add: I should say we didn't host a sit-down dinner with our own tablecloths, we just covered the caterer's four tables at the ceremony site -- our reception site (the Durham Bulls' ballpark) provided tablecloths there free of charge.

We ordered satin linens from weddinglinensdirect.com Depending on the size you need, you can come close, but not quite as low as 5. 90" rounds are 6.95 each.

What color are you looking for?  We ordered Red Satin 60"x102" cloths from linentablecloth.com and spent about $8/cloth with shipping.  And now looking to sell them for $5/cloth.

I haven't ordered linens yet either, but I plan to buy and then resell after. As long as they aren't stained- you can resell and get back money and make another bride happy by allowing her to get them cheaper!
