Ok, I'm getting married next August and want to have a casual/elegant garden themed wedding. We're getting married at Lake Pearl in Wrentham, MA under a victorian tent. I want gerber daises for my centerpieces and a candy bar as favors. We're also doing a cupcake wedding cake. What I thought would be really neat and 'green' and keeping with the garden theme would be to have a different style centerpiece/planter for each table. After all, many gardeners often use odd planters for their plants...So, if I have 18 tables, then I'll go to yardsales, swap shops, what have you, to find 18 different centerpieces that the daises can go into. For example, milk glass containers, mason jars, etc. Does that sound too strange? Does that sound like it'll flow with the environment/ambience? Would love your opinions!
