So I usually post to the CT board, but after my experience with Supergiftplace.com, I wanted to post here. So the FI and I got our toasting flutes from here and they were gorgeous, except the spacing was a bit off. Not a huge deal I suppose, but enough to annoy us, so I emailed to see if we could send them back for a replacement. Within a day someone emailed and said that the font we picked caused a spacing problem, but if we chose a different font another set of toasting flutes would be sent out immediately with no charge! We didn't even have to send the old ones back. I just want to let you all know that this is a great website to check for favors and other reception stuff.
