Decorating question

I am in need of some opinions please.  Our centerpieces for our tables will consist of a clear cylinder vase with an ivory taper candle in it. I will set that on a mirror and place ivory votives and then we will scatter autumn color rose petals on the tables.  My question is I am trying to come up with some ideas for the bufett table centerpieces.....we have a large number of cattail plants that I would like to use as part of them and I was wondering what would go with them or if they would clash with the table decor of the tables?

Use them alone in some clear vases or you could bundle several of them together and tie them with some fall color ribbon. and put them around the buffet. You can also add things like pumpins and squash with the cattails. You can also use baskets and put the cattails and the pumpins and squash together for color.It sounds like you got a good idea coming along. hope that I stimulated some ideas for you. Let us know what you come up with.
