I ordered mine on Ebay... 44 of them for $40 and it came with 44 replacement batteries.

I got 24 for 15.99 at Bed Bath & Beyond.  The best part was that I used gift cards from my shower to purchase them!

JoAnns has them.  Don't remember the price, but you can use your 40% coupon (and the coupon from Michaels and Hobby Lobby too)

I got 144 LED tealights with batteries included from a vendor on Ebay for about $76.00, and free shipping! This is by far the best price I've found online or in stores.
