What kind of appetizers are you doing??

So i was wondering what everyone's appetizers are going to be. We wanted to think of something different to suggest to our venue.   Thanks!

  • Stationary: --cheeses platter with grapes, fruits, toasted nuts, sliced baguette passed: Phyllo cup filled w/ fresh tomato, basil pesto, mozzarella & balsamic glaze Garlic shrimp on grilled polenta squares Smoked salmon on warm blini with crème fraishe and chive
  • The carving and saute/pasta stations are always my favorites. I'd love to see a mashed potato bar in real life after seeing them in some Knot bios. Our venue apparently offers mini burgers as passed appetizers so we plan to ask about those. I also like coconut shrimp, beef and chicken skewers, mini crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms, boneless buffalo wings, spring rolls. I've also heard of people offering shot glasses of soup. I saw a photo of a nice presentation of a shot glass of tomato soup with a little triangle of grilled cheese sandwich perched on the glass.
