iPod Reception Music

Hi ladies!  I'm having a hard time finding a post about how to use an iPod for reception music.  I'm actually planning on using our laptop instead of an iPod.  Does anyone have any helpful advice for setting up playlists, any useful websites, or any dos or don'ts?  The reception venue has a sound system that we will be using, and our hostess can hit play if the playlists are set up for her.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!  TIA!

Those are some great suggestions of websites.  I would also like to add that Pandora.com is a great way for finding new music, or getting an idea of which songs have a similar sound.  You just plug in an artist, and it will spit out hours of music along the same lines.  Great way to build your playlist.I would also add that key moments (cake cutting, spotlight dances, entrance) should have their own clearly labeled playlist to avoid confusion.
