Re: Reception Food

  • What a generous offer! The menu sounds delicious! Just make sure your guests have varieties for those with food allergies, if you know any!
  • Wow, I think now I'm really hungry! Sounds great, I would gobble up any and all of those dishes and it seems like you have a nice and interesting variety. Not the same old bland banquet foods. While you can't, and certainly shouldn't try to please or cater to everyone's needs and tastes, a lot of people are lactose intolerant, on low carb diets, or don't eat bacon/pork or shellfish. If you cut out those things, what does that leave for the picky, the lactose intolerant, or the vegetarians?
  • Luckily none of our guests are on a special diet, and we are not going to put the cheese in the salad, plus we are having a potato salad, fresh fruit, and the wedding cake.
