Slide show song...help!?

Hey everyone!-
We are making a slideshow of pictures of FI and I as children right up through the present, to show at the reception. We will be alternating a photo of him, then a photo of me, then him, then me, etc until the time frame that we met, when we will start showing pictures of our time together. We have chosen a song for the pics of us together. (Makin' Me Fall in Love Again by Kellie Pickler). I just can't come up with a good song for the photos of our childhood. I need ideas!! Help!

We have done the slide show for every wedding in my family and have always used two songs. Nobody will be forced to watch anything as it will be played while we are doing pictures between the ceremony and the reception, where people woul dbe waiting for a short period anyway. I don't think two songs is too long. It would be approx. 7-7.5 minutes depending on the songs.

Whazzatk I agree with you. This is something that most people love! If it was during the Ceremony they two songs would be a little long but at the beginning of the reception or anywhere during the reception two songs would work great! And it really just depends on your choice of songs. I am guessing you like country because of using Kellie Pickler. Carrie Underwood has some great songs out now that I am thinking of using in my wedding somehow and also Lady Antebellum.

I do favor Country, but listen to a mix so I would be open to anything fitting. I think Carrie Underwood would be good. She's got to have something that will work!
